Hello,

I know that this is probably well known issue, but maybe someone can just
guide me trough one more time. I have a bunch of users with .pst (MS Outlook
2000) files and Mercury32 as an e-mail server and now I'd like to switch to
PegasusMail 4.12. Is there a way how to convert e-mail/contacts from .pst to
PegasusMail preferably with addressbook and contacts also. Advice needed
ASAP.

Thanks in advance,
Martin

PS! Please reply to my e-mail also, thanks.

For Contacts/Address Books, there is Dawn:

For Emails, you can probably export them from Outlook into the
Unix/Netscape/Eudora MBOX compatible format.
Give the folders an .mbx extension, put them in you Pmail directory and
Pegasus can read them directly.

The MBOX folders will work well for archive purposes, but are not recommended
if you "work" with the mails (e.g. shuffle them around between foldes or
delete mails from them).

A better bet might be Martin Irelands pm2msm which should migrate both
your addressbooks and mail store on a per user basis. Search the
archives for this group, and I'm sure that you'll find a mention of it
together with his e-mail address.
